The Seven Lenses and the Werewolf Café  

If you follow me on LinkedIn, you might know that during the publishing stages I had a nightmare that someone had changed my book cover and contents to be about werewolves. Well, they say inspiration strikes when you least expect it, and so here you are.

It’s the story of Barry. A werewolf. A café. And what happened when he stopped asking why his staff were struggling and started asking what his café was demanding from them.

The Seven Lenses and the Werewolf Café walks through all seven lenses via Barry’s (mis)management journey, and it’s probably the most fun way I’ve found yet to explain the framework.
