Neurodiversity at Work

Creating neuroinclusive workplaces

Neurodiversity training at Great Minds Don’t helps organisations understand difference and turn that understanding into everyday working practice.

The focus is on building shared understanding, reducing unnecessary strain, and creating environments where people can think clearly, communicate well and do good work.

Sessions are practical, human and grounded in real working life. They support individuals, managers and teams to move beyond awareness into changes that genuinely help.

Why neurodiversity training matters

When neurodiversity is poorly understood, work often becomes harder than it needs to be. Expectations are unclear, communication breaks down, and people spend energy navigating systems rather than doing their jobs.

Effective neurodiversity training helps organisations to:

  • Raise awareness and build shared understanding

  • Reduce unnecessary cognitive, emotional and sensory strain

  • Improve relationships and psychological safety

  • Support wellbeing, retention and sustainable performance

The emphasis is always on what works in practice, not what looks good on paper.

An approach grounded in real working life

This training is shaped by professional expertise alongside lived experience of neurodivergence at work. That perspective informs how sessions are designed, what is prioritised, and what is deliberately left out.

The aim is clarity, fairness and practical change. When systems place less hidden demand on individuals, work becomes more sustainable for everyone.

Neurodiversity training topics

Training is organised by topic and depth. Some sessions are designed as focused, ready-to-run workshops, while others allow space for deeper, more tailored work.
